What Is Freelancing?

Freelancing means employment by a non-full employment contract by one organization. Freelancers are usually being employed on a project basis by various clients, and they are paid on a per-project, contract, or hourly basis. They control their schedules, taxes, and business and provide services in the areas of design, writing, marketing, IT, and consulting.

Self-management capability and permanent acquisition of clients are necessary to make freelancing flexible and give it independence, although it demands it.
