What is Contract To Hire?

Contract to hire (c2h) is a type of employment whereby an employee is employed on a temporary or contractual basis but with an option that the employment can be changed to a permanent position. This model enables the employers to assess the skills, cultural fit, and performance and then offer full-time employment. To the employees, it exposes them and gives them a possible avenue to acquire permanent positions. Contract to hire is gaining popularity within the sectors of dynamic talent requirements, and it allows a business to remain dynamic and less risky in terms of recruitment.
